“I’ve been working with Georgia for about 3 years now. She’s so knowledgeable about the body. She works me in new fun ways and every lesson is challenging and leaves me feeling stronger, longer and stretched out in all the good ways. If my muscles are tight and sore (mostly from wfh in an unsuitable chair...) she knows just the right exercises to work out the knots. Georgia’s classes are absolute therapy for me.
